Disability Benefits Assistance was established in 1997 in San Antonio, Texas. We are an established team of experienced consultants working hard to resolve client’s issues in an efficient and cost effective manner. Our primary objective is to get you your social security benefits as soon as possible. Our main office is in San Antonio but we are able to work remotely throughout the entire United States.

When you are applying for Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), going through the entire process can be very time consuming and overwhelming. In fact, most initial applications for disability benefits are denied by the Social Security Administration (SSA) and will require the appeals process to overturn. The appeals process may consist of reconsideration, hearing, and an appeals council review.

The majority of cases will go to a hearing in front of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) where our consultant will present your case to the judge. Working with one of our disability consultants will statistically improve the probability of a successful and favorable outcome to your application. Our consultants will be available every step of the way to answer all your questions and ensure you have a strong case with all necessary forms properly filled out along with all documentation and required medical records submitted in a timely fashion.

There are no representational fees to our clients unless we win the case.
